Disposal Operations Manager Seafield Depot Salary: £47,639 - £56,392

Hours:

36 per week Drive the frontline transformation of Edinburgh’s waste infrastructure. This role leads daily operations across depots, Waste Transfer Stations and HWRCs—setting standards, strengthening safety, and delivering a modern, efficient, customer focused service. You’ll manage a large multi-site workforce, embed consistent operating practices, ensure compliance with key legislation, and deliver an operational plan that improves recycling, reduces carbon, and enhances service performance.

A pivotal leadership post for someone who can inspire teams, shape policy into practice, and keep the city’s waste network running safely, smoothly and sustainably.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
