You will manage a team of payroll administrators and an assistant payroll manager, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance with UK legislation.
You will work with HR, Finance, site leadership, and external providers to drive continuous improvement, enhance controls, and optimize payroll systems and processes.
