Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers and oversee shift operations at a busy site. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, and Security to deliver initiatives that enhance performance and safety while meeting delivery targets.
You will drive continuous improvement, mentor managers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce risk, and deliver the Amazon logistics vision at the site level.
