The Technical Control Centre Team Lead role offers a salary of up to £50,000 DOE, along with a pension scheme, private healthcare, bonus scheme, and flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities and duties of the Technical Control Centre Team Lead role

Reporting to the Global Head of Data Services you will:

• Oversee day-to-day control centre operations, ensuring effective monitoring of wind, solar and BESS assets.
• Provide supervision, structure, and day-to-day support to a small team of control room operators.
• Set clear expectations around workload priorities, performance standards, and operational consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, including relevant UK operational safety procedures.
