Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking an experienced Area Retail Manager to lead a cluster of stores across the Edinburgh region. You will develop people, drive sales growth, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining operational excellence across multiple sites.
You will work closely with Store Managers, travel between stores, and report to the Senior Leadership Team, shaping commercial performance and team culture.
