Change Recruitment is seeking a Head of CASS (SMF) for a senior leadership role based in London or Edinburgh, hybrid with 2–3 days in the office. You’ll own the CASS framework, oversee governance and regulatory compliance, and partner with the Board, regulators and auditors to shape and scale the function.
You will lead a team, embed CASS requirements across the business, manage incidents and breaches, and advise senior leadership on regulatory risk and change in a fast-growing FCA-regulated
