Ecolab, a leader in Pest Elimination, seeks an Operations Manager to lead a multi-million-pound field service business nationwide. You will manage District Managers and a diverse team, driving profitability, service standards and customer satisfaction while reporting to the Director of Operations.
You will partner with support centres and sales to grow market share, hire and develop leaders, and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies.
