Deel is seeking a General Manager to lead the EOR business end-to-end, owning strategy, growth and operational excellence across global markets. You will drive verticalization for industries with unique regulatory needs and partner across product, engineering, legal and finance to scale a highly complex platform.
The role requires 15+ years in GM or operations at scale, executive presence, and a proven ability to build and lead large teams in regulated environments.
