Operating at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and leadership, the Lead Delivery Manager will be responsible for shaping outcomes, maintaining strong governance, and empowering teams to perform at their best-all while supporting the growth of key client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Delivery Leadership:
Own and lead the successful execution of complex, multi-million-pound transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, measurable user outcomes, and long-term impact-not just budget, scope, and timelines. - Governance and Assurance:
