* Managing the Renewables department, including overseeing engineers, installers and subcontractors
* Managing the delivery of multiple Solar projects from planning through to completion and handover
* Planning engineer schedules, resources, materials and project requirements to ensure efficient delivery
* Providing technical and operational leadership whilst managing project performance, quality and customer expectations The successful Electrical Manager (Solar PV) should have:
* Proven experience working as a Electrical Manager or Similar
* Strong technical understanding of Solar PV systems and the full installation process
* Proven experience managing engineers, subcontractors and multiple projects
