Shopping Centre Manager

We are looking for a proactive, people-first Centre Manager to take the lead on managing this retail destination and help shape it into a thriving, safe, and progressive destination to shop, visit, and work.

• Driving footfall and retailer performance across the centre
• Owning accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and service charge processes
• Building genuine relationships with tenants, contractors, and the local community
• Leading marketing initiatives and media opportunities that put the centre on the map
• Spotting and developing new income streams
• Championing Health & Safety standards across the site
• Leading and motivating on-site staff to deliver their best work

• A natural leader who takes ownership and acts on their own initiative
• Someone with sharp financial acumen and an eye for detail
• A confident communicator who builds trust with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders alike
• A flexible, driven, and dedicated approach to getting results
• Experience in retail, property, or centre management (preferred)

You’ll work closely with the Portfolio Manager and Owner team, playing a central role in maximising the centre's success.
