The National Trust is seeking a Holidays Assistant Manager to ensure guests have their best possible holiday at Trust locations. You will answer questions, follow procedures and work with local teams and the Contact Centre to maintain high standards.
This role is part-time (22.5 hours per week), 3 days across Monday to Saturday, with occasional weekend work and visits to remote sites. You will supervise caretakers, coordinate rotas, manage stock and assist with recruitment and training.
