Role OverviewVeranova is seeking a work order coordinator to utilise our Computer Maintenance Management System, produce and help coordinate our weekly/daily work plans, and ensure all legal compliance activities are scheduled and communicated in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Produce weekly/daily work order packs for a multi disciplined team whilst ensuring all work tasks are carried out in a timely manner
- Work with production scheduler and plant leads to identify optimum timing for the execution of maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Raise relevant planned maintenance deviations and deferrals on our Quality Management System
- Control and manage the archiving of completed work orders
- Engage with third party contractors to ensure site attendance to execute work tasks in a timely manner
- Ensure the timely calibration of portable instruments associated with maintenance team
- Ensure continued and ongoing GMP compliance
- Identify opportunities to streamline work order process and improve efficiency
- Support reliability initiatives by providing accurate data for analysis
Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience of working in a GMP maintenance environment on a chemical/pharmaceutical production facility.
- Experience in working with CMMS and QMS.
- Basic understanding of maintenance processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills across different levels of a business.
- Strong IT and computer skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
