Position: CMM Programmer (Automotive / Programming)
CMM Technician (Automotive / Programming) £40,000 - £45,000  Days Based  Monday to Friday  Enhanced Holiday  Progression  Training Overtime Chard Are you a CMM Technician with programming experience looking to join a well-established aerospace manufacturer offering a stable, days-based role within a modern working environment? In this role you will be working within a busy inspection department carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspection of precision machined aerospace components.

You will be responsible for programming and operating a range of CMM equipment while supporting quality, production, and engineering teams across the business. You will be joining a growing precision engineering company operating from a modern, air-conditioned facility with excellent working conditions, strong investment in equipment, and a reputation for high-quality aerospace manufacturing. This role would suit a CMM Technician or Inspector with programming experience looking for a permanent long-term role offering stability, strong benefits, and an excellent working environment.

The Role:

Programming and operating CMM equipment including Axiom, Azimuth, Extol, and Baty Conducting first-off, in-process, and final inspection Producing inspection reports and FAIR documentation to AS9102 standards Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T Supporting quality investigations and continuous improvement activities Monday to Friday, days-based role, 39 hours per week
