Permanent night shift hours: 10:00pm 6:00am, Initial training period of approximately 4 weeks (or until fully trained): 9:00am 5:00pm

As our business continues to expand year on year, we are investing in our people and operations. Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting additional Production / Machine Operators to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Production / Machine Operator RoleThis is a key role within our production team where you will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring machinery to ensure production runs efficiently, safely and to a high standard of quality.
You will work independently on the night shift, ensuring customer orders are produced and dispatched on time while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
As our Night Shift Production / Machine Operator you will be responsible for:- Setting up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
- Operating Ashe Slitters, Berhalter Die Cutting machines and other equipment
- Meeting production targets and dispatch deadlines
- Monitoring and adjusting machine settings
- Inspecting products using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshooting machinery issues during production
- Maintaining production records and activity logs
- Operating forklifts to move materials and finished goods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Previous proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools
- Experience operating slitting machines or similar equipment is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and a proactive attitude
- Commitment to health and safety procedures
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
