The Line Checker at Thistle Seafoods Ltd ensures the Breading and Packing Quality Control Management system is checked and issues are reacted to promptly. You will perform line checks on batter viscosity, raw materials, core weights and packaging, keeping accurate paperwork for traceability and supporting the Quality Management System.
Backshift hours are or , Monday – Friday, with a focus on maintaining product specifications and brand integrity.
