Mars is seeking a Manufacturing Operational Readiness & Start-Up Lead in Slough, on-site, to drive CVS readiness and handover from Engineering to Operations. You will coordinate with project teams to ensure milestones are met and training is delivered before start-up.
The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing-related roles, strong TPM knowledge, and experience leading projects. A fast-paced FMCG environment is preferred. We offer an annual bonus and a competitive benefits package.
