FM Conway is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative for our Croydon Asphalt Plant. You will operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production for our customers, on a permanent basis with a mix of day and night shifts.
Key responsibilities include operating machinery safely, loading materials, handling loading shovel tasks, managing weighbridge functions and upholding site safety procedures. Experience in a similar role is desirable, and a full UK driving licence is essential.
