Weetabix Limited is seeking a shift team leader to be visible on the factory floor, supporting the shift manager and deputising when required. You will ensure safe production from incoming materials to finished goods, driving safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and engagement KPIs.
You will lead a team with direct line management, coach performance, oversee training, and deploy resources to meet objectives while complying with policies and MOS.
