Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Manufacturing Director to lead Direct Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Reliability Engineering at our large-scale Cardiff site. You will implement Danaher Business System to standardize best-in-class practices and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements across high-volume operations.
You will coach and mentor teams, engage associates, and partner with EHS, Facilities, Supply Chain and DBS leaders to close performance gaps.
