Production Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Production Operations Manager to build the systems and team that let us scale, and to keep our production calm, safe and brilliant while we do.

You’ll lead the shift from the line, coaching our senior bakers and pastry chefs. You’ll build the SOPs and routines that make us ready to scale, turn new products into everyday production, and run the production schedule, rotas and cover logistics from packing to delivery. You’ll own food safety and compliance, track yield, waste and cost per unit, and lead improvement projects, keeping standards consistent across sites and wholesale.
