. This senior leadership role focuses on acquisition efficiency, trading performance and scalable digital growth across DTC and marketplace channels.

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be reporting into the senior leadership team, own performance strategy and execution, ensuring marketing investment delivers clear, measurable commercial impact.

• Own weekly and monthly trading performance across DTC and marketplaces.
• Drive improvements in ROAS, CAC, contribution margin and acquisition efficiency.
• Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok and marketplace platforms.
• Partner closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising and Product teams to optimise onsite performance.
• Oversee paid creative strategy, testing roadmaps and performance-led storytelling.
• Lead and develop teams across performance marketing, digital and marketplaces.
• Work closely with Finance on forecasting, reporting and budget optimisation.

• Strong performance marketing leadership experience within sport or apparel brands.
• Deep understanding of paid media, marketplaces and ecommerce trading.
• Commercially driven, data-led and confident owning performance outcomes.
• Clear, decisive and collaborative leader.
