Role

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will provide support for the Markets and Marketing function as well as the wider CDs firm. The ideal candidate should be diligent and well-versed running social media campaign and assisting in maintaining and updating the Crown Dependencies website. The candidate should also be familiar with design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. The person should have the ability to plan, execute and manage timelines excellently.

The role will require communication to stakeholders at all levels.

Accountabilities
  • Support the team with campaign production and execution where needed, from global thought leadership to local events.
  • Create emails to be distributed internally and externally.
  • General administration which might include helping event suppliers with invoices, managing the job tracker, managing data into our CRM system, manage email queries regarding events.
  • Assist with eMarketing, including use of our CRM system and sending emails externally.
  • Maintain and update the local Crown Dependencies website. This includes liaising with other departments to ensure that the information included is accurate to the services they provide.
  • Act as creative lead for the marketing team – includes overseeing design work done by other members of the team and ensure brand guideline compliance.
  • Creating and scheduling social media content for Linked In, Facebook and Instagram posts that are in line with our brand guidelines and in terms of imagery and tone of voice.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns, both organic and paid.
  • Efficiently analyse the performance of both social media and the website to inform decision-making of future digital marketing activities.
  • Provide training to other departments within the firm to ensure brand compliance of documents that are sent to clients / external stakeholders.
  • Other marketing tasks may be included as the candidate becomes familiar with the working environment and team.
Candidate Requirements
  • Ideally hold CIM professional qualification or equivalent, or have studied some sort of marketing, and/ or 4-5 yrs experience working in a marketing role.
  • Strong networking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent experience running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience with Adobe software is advantageous.
  • An ability to express views and ideas articulately, from both a written and oral perspective.
  • Confident and independent personal skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritise workloads and meet agreed time frames.
