is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the CRM function for 12-month maternity cover in Holborn, London. You will own the CRM roadmap, drive activation and retention, and collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver high-impact campaigns.
The role supports both full-time and part-time applications with a lead-on approach to lifecycle marketing, using Braze to run data-driven campaigns across email, push and other channels.
