Marketing Executive

Overview

• Development, delivery and maintenance of marketing collateral to the required quality level and in agreed timelines
• Work closely with the Adviser Marketing team to ensure channel activity is managed, optimised and measured
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers to support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
• Develop and deliver quick win activity when opportunities are presented to support business targets
• Create promotional and support material for initiatives such as social media and web presence
• Deliver reporting against KPIs and budget on a regular basis to monitor effectiveness
• Ensure that all go-to-market activities comply with regulatory requirements

• Prior Marketing experience gained in financial services marketing is preferred but not essential
• Strong project management skills, specifically the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly and pick up new skills
• Demonstrate a will to challenge the status quo to effect change
• Attention to detail for example proofreading
• Good investment and pension knowledge across funds and products helpful, but not essential
