Help Deliver Marketing That Makes a Difference

Are you an organised marketing professional who thrives on bringing campaigns to life? Do you enjoy juggling multiple projects, working with a wide range of people and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our friendly Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our annual marketing programme, helping drive visitor numbers, support fundraising and promote our conservation mission.

Every year we deliver a wide variety of campaigns including seasonal events, fundraising appeals and community initiatives. You'll be at the centre of making these campaigns happen, coordinating activity across the organisation and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll coordinate the delivery of our annual marketing plan, working closely with colleagues across the organisation, external agencies, media partners and suppliers.

You'll help keep multiple campaigns on track, manage marketing administration and budgets, coordinate campaign assets and support reporting that helps us continually improve our marketing performance.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys organisation just as much as creativity, and who loves seeing projects through from planning to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Coordinating the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions, fundraising initiatives and seasonal events.
  • Maintaining campaign schedules, timelines and marketing calendars.
  • Briefing internal teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully.
  • Working with media partners, agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and broadcast channels.
  • Monitoring marketing budgets, invoices and campaign expenditure.
  • Supporting paid digital advertising campaigns alongside our specialist agency.
  • Producing marketing reports and analysing campaign performance to maximise return on investment.
  • Supporting event marketing, market research and wider marketing projects.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing and Sales teams.
About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people across different teams.
  • You will have minimum of 2-3 years marketing experience.
  • Experienced in marketing, project coordination, communications and administration.
  • Confident working with spreadsheets, budgets and reporting data.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently when required.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality work.

An interest in conservation, wildlife, visitor attractions or charities would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

Why Join Noah's Ark Zoo Farm?

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm is more than just a visitor attraction. We're a conservation charity dedicated to connecting people with nature, inspiring future generations and protecting wildlife both here in the UK and around the world.

Joining our team means becoming part of an organisation where your work genuinely makes a difference. Every marketing campaign you help deliver supports our mission to educate, conserve and inspire.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role also includes weekend and Bank Holiday cover on a staff rota where required, together with occasional evening work. Time off in lieu will be provided where applicable.

Salary:

£32,000 per annum

Closing date for applications: 2nd August 2026
