• You will be responsible for running one website, as part of a network of websites.
• Writing creative and SEO oriented texts on a regular basis, in line with strict content requirements.
• Translation of texts into your native language.
• Working in website back offices to upload material and oversee forum posts.
• Working with internal teams to generate ideas for content strategies and development.
• Managing a community of users, by being active on websites, social networks and answering emails.
• Maintaining partnerships with other websites through regular email contact and sometimes initiating communication with new partners.
• Making contacts in targeted countries for business development.
• The majority of your work will be in German and requires a fluent/native German speaker, however you will work in English for internal communication.

• Fluent/native German writer and speaker.
• Significant and demonstrable experience of copywriting for websites, PR, journalism, marketing or communication.
• Exceptional language skills; including flawless spelling, grammar and the ability to adapt content to different audiences.
• High level of competency with computers / internet / social networks.
• Good understanding of customers and market dynamics.
• Excellent organisational skills : ability to keep on top of many ongoing tasks at once and divide your time effectively between these.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and lateral thinking.
• Curiosity, and a passion for digital media.

• Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent (Communication/Marketing/Creative Writing/Journalism ).
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Familiarity with Google Apps and cloud-based collaboration.
