We are looking for an experienced Business Generation manager, based in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office, to provide maternity leave cover for the Scottish business, leading business development, marketing, bidding and client engagement activities across our Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen offices. The role supports growth across our four core business segments:
Real Estate, Infrastructure, Defence and Energy & Natural Resources, with a focus on enhancing market profile, developing client relationships, generating opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Working closely with the regional senior leadership team, the Business Generation Manager will play a key role in delivering the regional growth strategy through strategic positioning, brand enhancement, pipeline development, bid management and key account support. This is a hands‑on role requiring both strategic thinking and practical delivery, including the management of integrated marketing campaigns, communications, events, complex bids and client relationship initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for articulating and promoting our value proposition, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, supporting key client programmes and leading work‑winning activities across the region. As a key member of the regional team, the role will drive strategic business initiatives, strengthen market presence and support sustainable growth across the Scottish business.
