We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
Offline Marketing Assistant
to support our client marketing campaigns.

The role involves representing client brands through face-to-face marketing activities, engaging directly with members of the public and helping deliver professional customer experiences. You’ll work alongside an experienced team and receive training and ongoing support.

• This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their communication, marketing and commercial skills.

• Represent client brands professionally through face-to-face marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers and communicate key brand messages clearly
• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to achieve campaign objectives
• Build positive relationships with customers and members of the public
• Monitor daily and weekly performance against agreed targets
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a professional approach when representing clients and their brands

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and professional attitude
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• Confidence when speaking with people face-to-face
• A willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous marketing or sales experience is welcome but
