Are you passionate about making complex investment topics clear, engaging and meaningful for customers and colleagues? As our Senior Fund Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering fund communications across a wide range of fund change activities, corporate actions, market events and strategic projects. Working closely with the Head of Fund Communications, you'll act as a trusted subject matter expert, influencing stakeholders across the business and ensuring all communications are delivered accurately, compliantly and with the customer firmly in mind.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Take a lead role in the planning and coordination of Fund Communications activity, ensuring resources and priorities are managed effectively to deliver against business objectives.
• Drive the creation, development and approval of fund communications across digital and non-digital channels.
• Represent the Fund Communications team at key forums, projects and governance meetings, acting as deputy for the Head of Fund Communications when required.
• Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Distribution, Risk, Operations and Investment Proposition to deliver strategic communication projects.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert, providing coaching, guidance and support to Fund Communication Managers and wider teams.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of investment communication content, ensuring it remains accurate, compliant and customer focused.
• Lead the delivery of investment-related communications, educational content, performance complaint responses and market updates while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Strong experience in investment or fund communications, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content for different audiences.
• Excellent copywriting skills across a range of channels, including digital communications.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid understanding of investment markets, funds, fund managers and the wider UK pensions landscape.
• Knowledge of UK financial services regulation, including areas such as Consumer Duty, product governance and FCA requirements.
• Forward‑thinking approach, with the ability to assess long‑term team needs and contribute to workforce and succession planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working alongside senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
