**** The Adviser Marketing team leads how we position, communicate and engage with UK financial advisers across our advised platform offering, campaigns, events and sales activation. Working closely with stakeholders across the Adviser business, the team supports growth, client engagement, brand strength and measurable commercial outcomes. We combine deep industry expertise with modern B2B marketing capability, sharing ideas and challenging assumptions to produce high-quality work.

** About the Role
** As Senior Campaign Manager, you will own integrated B2B campaigns from brief to execution, turning growth priorities into coordinated plans across email, paid social, content, webinars, events, digital marketing and sales activation.  This senior UK role offers the opportunity to help build a modern demand generation engine and shape the go-to-market plan, rather than simply manage delivery. You will partner with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Events, Sales and Marketing Operations to create engagement, demand and pipeline growth.

You will also strengthen campaign measurement and coach colleagues, helping the wider team raise quality and consistency. It is a visible, commercially focused opportunity to invest in your tomorrow while defining what great adviser marketing looks like.  
** Key Responsibilities**:  
* Own the annual campaign roadmap and deliver integrated campaigns that support growth, engagement, conversion and pipeline objectives.
* Translate business priorities into multi-channel plans across content, email, paid social, webinars, events, sales enablement and digital activity.
* Create coordinated campaigns and audience journeys with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Events, Sales and Marketing Operations.
* Manage timelines, segmentation, targeting, lead management and optimisation, using data, insight and testing to improve performance and efficiency.
* Evolve the campaign measurement framework and report clearly on engagement, influence, conversion, return on investment and commercial contribution.
* Coach Campaign Managers and Marketing Consultant colleagues, promoting consistency, high standards and effective campaign practice.
** About the Candidate:*
* * Bring strong B2B campaign management, demand generation or growth marketing experience.
* Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, audiences and stages of the customer journey.
* Commercial mindset and understand how marketing contributes to engagement, conversion, pipeline and revenue outcomes.
* Be able to Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and deadlines.
* Use analytics, insight and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and guide investment decisions.
* Motivated to produce differentiated, compelling work that stands out in traditional financial services.
* Financial services, fintech, software as a service or another complex B2B environment, including an understanding of financial promotions governance or regulated marketing requirements.
* CRM, marketing automation, lead management or lifecycle marketing programmes, plus account-based marketing, strategic account programmes or sales activation.
* Using AI, automation or modern marketing technology to improve planning, execution or reporting, and working closely with product marketing, sales or customer-facing teams.
