Job Description The Adviser Marketing team leads how we position, communicate and engage with UK financial advisers across our advised platform offering and Managed Portfolio Service. Working across marketing, distribution, product, sales and compliance, the team supports brand, client experience and commercial goals. We combine industry expertise with modern B2B marketing capability to strengthen adviser relationships and help define excellent marketing in the UK platform market.

About the Role As Senior Marketing Consultant, you will support adviser-facing marketing across the platform marketing team. This hands-on, senior professional role translates briefs into clear copy, email, web, social and sales enablement assets for acquisition, engagement, growth and retention campaigns. You will partner with campaign, content, events, product marketing and Sales colleagues, building experience across demand generation, adviser engagement, digital marketing and campaign operations.

Your work will strengthen adviser relationships and support Aberdeen Adviser’s growth and transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Support integrated marketing campaigns across acquisition, engagement, growth and retention, from planning through delivery.

Create and adapt high-quality email, web, social, adviser communication and sales enablement assets in line with campaign briefs.

Promote and support webinars, events, reports and thought leadership that engage UK financial advisers.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare clear reports that identify results, insights and opportunities for improvement.

Maintain campaign plans, trackers, timelines and documentation, delivering activity to agreed time, scope, budget and quality.

Apply Aberdeen brand, tone of voice and financial promotions governance requirements, while building effective relationships across marketing, distribution, product and compliance.

About the Candidate:

Experience in marketing, communications, campaigns, content or digital activity, including support for multi-channel campaigns.

Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with close attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality.

Excellent organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines.

Proactive ownership, curiosity and a willingness to learn and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Confident relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions.

Comfort working with campaign data, reporting and performance metrics to identify useful insights.

Experience in financial services or another regulated environment, with knowledge of financial promotions regulations.

Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing technology platform.

Understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation and lead generation principles.
