Summary The Senior Content Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement will lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact sales enablement assets and content initiatives across multiple channels to empower Deel's revenue org, drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. In this role, you will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling collateral—including pitch decks, battle cards, and sales scripts—that aligns with Deel's overall business objectives and directly supports sales cycles.

You will leverage analytics and industry trends to optimize content performance and ensure maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of content marketing strategies that align with Deel's overall business goals.

Create, manage, and optimize content for various channels, including pitch decks, battle cards, sales scripts, one pagers, blogs, white papers, web content, social media, and email.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales) to produce content that drives prospect and customer engagement and conversions.

Develop content plans based on audience research, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Optimize content for SEO, lead generation, and conversion to increase organic traffic and sales.
