This is a flexible hybrid role, with 2 days a week in our Edinburgh office and regular travel to other UK offices to support events.
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of Waracle’s UK events programme, bringing our brand to life through engaging, high-impact experiences that build relationships, generate demand and connect communities.
From exclusive executive breakfasts and dinners to industry expos, partnership events and community meetups, you’ll shape memorable experiences from concept through to delivery and follow-up.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Delivery and our practice communities, you’ll play a key role in bringing people together, strengthening Waracle’s presence in the market and making every event count.
Key aspects of the role includePlan, budget and deliver a calendar of events across three streams: demand generation (executive breakfasts, dinners and round tables), brand awareness (expos, conferences and partner events) and community (practice meetups and talks).
Manage every stage of delivery: venue and supplier selection, contracts, logistics, speaker and guest management, on-the-day running and post-event wrap-up.
Work with sales and account teams to build guest lists, personalise invitations and make sure every event supports a clear commercial or brand objective.
Own the end-to-end attendee experience, from the first invitation to the follow-up conversation.
