Caudwell Youth is seeking a Senior Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships Manager to expand a major donor and corporate supporter portfolio. You will drive income growth, prospect research, and high-value relationship development to build a sustainable pipeline and multi-year partnerships.
You will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth supporters, lead on stewardship programmes, and work with the leadership team to secure four-, five- and six-figure gifts.
