THINK Recruitment are working with Life Care Edinburgh to recruit their brand new dedicated Trusts and Grants Fundraiser role.

Life Carehasa proud 85-year history of providinguplifting,positive and practical supportforolderpeople,andthey’veneverbeen needed more. Their services are delivered to older people age 50+ who need care within the home,out and aboutin the community and from their registered day clubs. This includes people living with dementia, frail older people, those living with mobility problems, poor mental health, people experiencing isolation and loneliness, and dedicated unpaid carers.

Their vision is of asociety where no older person is left alone or isolated.

To achieve theirvisionthey are looking fora Trusts and Grants Fundraiser who can ensure focus is given to theirpipeline of opportunities,ensure an excellent funder experience,and ultimately deliver sustainable income.

The Trusts and Grants Fundraiser is a new rolefor

Life Care Edinburgh , it will be offered initially as a12-month fixed term contractwith the potential toextend orbecome apermanentposition.

Thisrole would suit someone whohas experience of trusts and grants, either at an officer orfundraiserlevel, who candemonstrateexperience of developing atrust and grantspipeline, creatingcompellingapplicationsand directly delivering incomesuccess.

There is great flexibility available; the successful postholder can choose weekly hours between 21 – 28 hours, their working pattern across the week and how often they attend theLife Care Centre  (withaminimumrequirementof once per month to remain connected to service delivery).
