Harrow School is seeking an Outreach Administration Officer to support Lumina Registrar & Programme Officer. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours weekly), Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work during special programmes and term-time only (39 weeks per year).
You will handle recruitment coordination, student pairing, attendance, and digital outreach, plus event logistics for in-person enrichment and revision courses, ensuring safeguarding and data accuracy.
