RHS Garden Rosemoor seeks an Horticultural Engagement Officer to join the RHS New Shoots team, expanding access to horticulture careers for under‑represented groups and guiding learners on their journey into horticulture. The role includes developing the Greener Skills Garden project.
The position is five days per week with a flexible hybrid pattern (up to two days remote) and occasional Saturday work, supporting RHS's mission to make gardening accessible to all.
