About the role
We are looking for newly qualified, or soon to be qualified, Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our team s is an exciting opportunity for nurses entering the profession who are passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care in a supportive and well‑staffed clinical environment. You will play an essential role in ensuring safe, effective and evidence‑based practice across the Service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑standard nursing care to patients in line with NMC guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Safely administer medications and treatments.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Offer emotional support and clear communication to patients and families.
- Uphold infection‑control and safeguarding standards.
About You
- Newly qualified/soon to be qualified Registered Nurse (RNMH) with an active NMC PIN.
- Experience in mental health nursing as part of your placement/qualification
- Strong assessment, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining excellent patient care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
