NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a proactive nurse to lead the psychiatry of old age inpatient team for 36 hours per week with a condensed shift pattern. You will work within an MDT to deliver person-centred care for older adults with mental health needs.
Responsibilities include leading day-to-day nursing, supporting the Senior Charge Nurse, driving quality improvement, and enhancing experience for patients and their families.
