Education: Possess a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited Western institution.

Licensure: Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse credentialing.

Clinical Background: A minimum of 4 years of recent, continuous experience in acute care hospital settings (such as the ER, ICU, or intensive therapy units).

Communication: Full linguistic fluency in English (verbal and written).

Mobility: Uncompromised willingness and flexibility to travel globally at short notice.
