GR Mental Health Registered Nurses - Ritson Clinic, Royal Hospital

About the Role

The Ritson Clinic is a 12‑bed unit that provides in‑patient assessment and detoxification from alcohol and/or drugs to patients across the city of Edinburgh and Lothians. It caters primarily for people with alcohol disorders but many will also have other complex needs, including drug use and painkiller addiction. Most have co‑morbid mental and/or physical health problems.

• Assess patient needs and deliver outstanding, patient‑centred care through effective planning, implementation and evaluation of care programmes.
• Work shifts over a 24‑hour period, 7 days a week.

• Experience as a registered mental health or learning disabilities nurse.
• Existing NMC PIN.

• Flexible shift patterns with full‑time and part‑time hours.
