Location: Hermitage Medical Practice Hours: Flexible, 7 - 13 hours per week Salary: Dependent on qualifications & experience

We are a welcoming and patient-focused GP practice with approximately 7,800 registered patients

Our practice team includes:

• 3 skilled Health Care Assistants
• A management & Administrative team of 12
• A dedicated Mental Health Nurse
• A supportive Pharmacy Team

You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where teamwork and patient care are at the heart of everything we do.

We are seeking a forward-thinking, hardworking, enthusiastic, and cheerful Practice Nurse or Treatment Room Nurse to join our team. You will play a key role in helping us meet our GMS contractual requirements and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.

Experience of working with Vision clinical system is desirable.

• Chronic disease management (including asthma and diabetes) would be desirable.
• INR management
• Cervical cytology
• Family planning services
• Supporting patients with long-term conditions

• A qualified Nurse with relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Very Flexible working hours (7 - 13 hours per week) Any days, any hours can be negotiated.
