Waythrough is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Nurse to support the clinical team at New Vision Bradford service and deliver direct care to service users. You will contribute to alcohol assessments, detox pathways, BBV screening, and outreach activities across multiple sites.
This permanent, full-time role requires an registered nurse with a strong commitment to health promotion, harm reduction, and working with vulnerable people. Driving may be needed to cover different sites.
