Private Medical Recruitment for the Gulf | UK & European Trained Specialists
Who We Place:
Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
In Abu Dhabi, the family seeks a UK & European-trained Private Nurse on a permanent basis.
The role demands clinical precision, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
On international trips and extended European stays, you go with them, and your nursing assessment standards travel unchanged.
We introduce, we verify, and then we step back; the family is the employer and signs with you directly.
Requirements
The shortlist starts with a nursing qualification and current registration, from a UK or European authority.
At least 5 years of hands‑on nursing practice following full registration.
Candidates for this private nurse position come from UK or European training programmes; we apply that standard without exception.
Discretion about the family is non‑negotiable, and every placement is covered by a confidentiality agreement.
Readiness to work away from home for weeks at a time is required, wherever the family's plans lead.
Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
The private nurse lives within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single‑status.
Leave is built into the private nurse appointment, and the family plans its calendar to allow proper rest.
The family signs with you directly.
Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live‑in and single‑status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
