The Climbing Hangar is seeking a creative and supportive Head Route Setter to join our Edinburgh team.

Need to Know:
  • Job Type: 6-month temporary contract, part-time (20 hours)
  • Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rata), based on experience
  • Closing Date: Friday, 16th May

Founded in Liverpool in 2011, The Climbing Hangar has grown into a national network of climbing gyms across England, Wales, and Scotland. Our mission is to inspire bolder living through indoor climbing, creating vibrant communities and unforgettable experiences for climbers of all levels.

About TCH Route Setting:

Our goal is to inspire happier, healthier, more connected people through route setting. You will be responsible for creating inspiring boulder problems and ensuring a positive impact on our customers' experiences, while also supporting our commercial success. Our aim is to make climbing accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
