As a Senior Food Safety Consultant, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors such as hospitality, care, retail, and leisure.

This is a hands-on, client-facing position where you'll provide expert guidance on food safety and health & safety, helping organisations meet regulatory requirements and strengthen their overall compliance frameworks. You'll carry out audits, deliver tailored advice, and support businesses in implementing effective systems and best practices.

This established and expanding environmental health consultancy is known for delivering high-quality auditing, advisory, and training services. They offer a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, with a clear focus on professional development.

The role is based in Central Scotland, with regular travel to client sites required - as such a full driving licence is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A background in food safety and health & safety, gained in consultancy, local authority, or a similar regulatory environment
• Experience with the hospitality sector, and Food Hygiene HACCP, is a must!
• A degree in Environmental Health, food safety, and health & safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH) are all beneficial
• Solid knowledge of UK food safety and health & safety legislation
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Central Scotland
