Quality Assurance & Quality Control Co-Ordinator

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (including 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Annual Leave: 30 days, including bank holidays
Probationary Period: 6 months

Quality Assurance & Quality Control Co-Ordinator to work closely with the warehouse team and take the lead in establishing and embedding effective QA/QC processes across the business.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in developing written QA/QC procedures, implementing them into day-to-day workflows, and leading regular inspection and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new internal QA/QC processes and procedures
  • Establish clear written procedures and embed them into day-to-day workflows.
  • Train staff on new QA/QC systems and procedures.
  • Lead and co-ordinate colleagues involved in QA/QC activities.
  • Take an active role in inspections and testing.
  • Establish and maintain regular inspection and testing procedures.
  • Issue relevant certification and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure QA/QC standards are consistently maintained.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent demonstrable experience in setting up and implementing QA/QC procedures.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes.
  • Experience training and supporting staff with new procedures and systems.
  • Confidence leading inspections, testing and QA/QC activities.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA/QC processes.
  • Full driving licence
