The opportunity (Role summary)
As an Associate Director of Global Product Quality, you will lead efforts to uphold and enhance quality standards across product portfolios. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, regulatory, and R&D, to ensure products meet rigorous quality requirements. This on-site role offers an impactful leadership position within a supportive environment where your expertise will directly influence product success and patient safety.
Key responsibilities
Lead global quality initiatives and strategic projects to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Manage and mentor quality teams across manufacturing sites.
Drive continuous improvement activities to optimise product quality and process efficiency.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and oversee audits to maintain accreditation.
Ensure manufacturing practices and documentation meet all regulatory and internal standards.
Partner with R&D and production teams to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of compliance.
What you’ll bring
Extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality management, preferably with biologics, sterile, or solid dosage forms.
Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing cross-functional teams.
Deep knowledge of GMP, GDP, and relevant industry standards.
Excellent communication skills suitable for liaising with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in a committed pharmaceutical environment.
Compensation & benefits
This role offers a base salary range of 90,000–100,000, depending on experience. Compensation details will be shared during the process.
