Overview

Keen to secure a ‘switched on’ customer focused, hard-working trainee to join this winning Property Team and learn all aspects of Property Management – the aim is to become a successful Property Manager.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with a high level of Customer Service.

A genuine ‘hunger’, determination and a positive work ethic will play a big part in your success.

Good administration and a Full UK Driving licence is a must together with strong IT Skills.

You may currently be working within Property and are ready to take that next step in your career; similarly, you could be working in Hospitality or high-end retail and are looking for a new challenge?

Responsibilities

As trainee property manager you will provide support to property managers and ensure all landlords and tenants experience a professional service.

Responsible to other property managers along with the maintenance team ensuring all electronic platforms are up-to-date to ensure smooth communication procedures in the office.

Day to Day Tasks
  • Prioritise and delegate emails as appropriate.
  • Reception duties – dealing with any potential new business.
  • Answering all incoming calls in a polite and courteous manner, announcing calls and transferring to appropriate person.
  • Ensuring window display is updated.
  • Report diary action to weekly letting meeting.
  • Ensure Key log is up-to-date – chase weekly for outstanding keys.
  • Sales.
  • Update SME (Property Mgt software).
  • New Business – identify opportunities and liaise with sales team.
  • Attend weekly update meetings highlighting any concerns or new business opportunities.
  • Progressing to Property Manager role when training completed.
  • Our Client will put the successful candidate through Letwell & ARLA training.
